Go ahead with a broccoli smoothie. If your kid is a serious veggie hater, make the smoothie with 2 parts of sweet fruit and one part of the green vegetable. You can mix broccoli with strawberry or beets with blue berries. Add some milk to hike up the calcium.

Sausage and butterbean casserole

Mix up high-protein sausages, beans and the secret carrot cubes cooked in rich, tomato sauce. The tomatoes are full of antioxidant lycopene and carrots are amazingly full of Vitamin A and Vitamin K. just  the kind of vegetable snacks the fussy eaters need!

French-fry makeover and parsnip fries

Can you believe these gorgeously golden chips are actually parsnips? This is a great way to camouflage these vegetables. The two features that make these fries real winners for the kids are the fluffy carby texture of the parsnips and the subtle sweetness. This is an amazingly delicious combo your kids would just love.
