Instructions

Assemble the 2×2 kiln dried pine from the local lumber yard with the pocket holes and screws.

DIY TIP: keep two drills, or a drill and a driver. This works excellently when working with pocket holes. Use one for drilling and the other one for driving the screws. This way you won’t have to spend time on changing the drill bit every few minutes.

Prime the dried pine legs and paint it with Rustoleum Universal Flat Metallic Soft Iron spray paint.

Leave the structure to dry for an hour.

Top the structure off with the recycled concrete slab.

Seal the concrete slab with the Buddy Rhodes concrete countertop sealer.

If you wish, you can pour the concrete top yourself. Or you could buy a prefab concrete patio stone at the big box store. If your patio stone has texture on it –it probably might—consider flipping it upside down so that the raw concrete side is exposed. Just make the legs fit the slab and viola! Your industrial table!
