Pigs In A Blanket Wreath
Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
24 mini hot dogs
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
Egg wash
2 tsp. poppy seeds
rosemary sprigs (for decoration)
Ketchup, for serving
Directions
start out with preheating the oven to 3750 F and line a large baking pan with some parchment paper.
Slice crescent rolls lengthwise into thirds. Brush them all over with some Dijon mustard. Place a mini hot dog on the thick end of each one of the triangle and roll them up.
Roll the pigs in the blanket side by side in a circle on the baking sheet. They need to be touching with each other. Bake the pigs for 15-20 minutes. until the crescents are golden. and let the pigs cool down for at least 20 minutes.
Lay rosemary sprigs around the inside of the wreath and place a small bowl filled with ketchup in the center.
Cranberry Brie Bites
Ingredients
1 tube crescent dough
Cooking spray, for pan
Flour, for rolling out dough
8 oz. wheel Brie
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans
6 sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1″ pieces.
Directions
Start with preheating the oven 3750 and grease a mini muffin tin with a great cooking spray.
Roll out the crescent dough on somewhat floured surface. and pinch the seams together. Cut the dough into 24 squares. Place those squares into muffin tin slots.
Cut the brie into small pieces and place inside the crescent dough. Top it with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, some chopped pecans, and one little sprig of rosemary.
Bake until the crescent is golden, about 15 minutes. Serve them warm.
