Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon.

Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook on all sides until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked to your liking. We suggest about 12 minutes.

Top each of the meatball with a square of cheese.

Cover the pan with lid and cook until the cheese is melted again. About 12 minutes.

Remove the meatballs from the pan.

Top each one of the meatball with a slice of pickled jalapeno then stick a toothpick into the center before serving.
